Begin with a brief consultation. We will discuss your vision, preferred size, style, timing, and project details.

Select the size and custom options for your piece of artwork. This includes finishes such as glossy or matte, as well as framing. Some items will incur a customization charge.

You will receive a custom quote and commission agreement. A signed agreement and a 50% deposit are required to reserve your place on the calendar or to be added to the waitlist.

Submit the children’s artwork pieces that will be included in your collage. Let us know if you want your unused artwork back or not.

Your custom collage is thoughtfully created and arranged by our experienced curator.

Before final completion, you will receive a digital preview and have the opportunity to request any final revisions. You will be asked to sign off on the final work before it is completed.

Once approved, your collage is completed and sealed for preservation. You will receive a Certificate of Authenticity (Provenance) with your artist's work, along with forever care instructions.

The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or delivery.
